A rich Archive containing hundreds of items related to Mahatma Gandhi will return to India soon after the Union Ministry Of culture has approved a deal with auctioneers Sotheby's to buy those archives before placing them in the auction.The Government will pay Rs 4 to 6 crore for the archives.These archives contains fresh letters between Gandhi and architect Hermann KallenBach and will state the controversial relationship between them.The archive was recently examined by an indian expert team, was pointed out to be a rich and very well preserved resource and of inestimable value to historians.
